Hi, my name is Austin serve as the Agency Manager for the two offices for Dennis Hurst State Farm. My family own our two agencies and I take so much pride in carrying on the tradition. I help households find the right coverage for their insurance & financial services needs. I focus on Car, Home and Life Insurance, and love doing State to State transfers to welcome new folks to our area, but can help with all other insurance needs! I am light-hearted, funny & big on organization/cleanliness. I live in Suffolk and graduated from Great Bridge High in Chesapeake and Old Dominion University in Norfolk. Outside of work I enjoy trying new restaurants, Jiu Jitsu, & spending time with my wife Lexie, our son Jagger and our pup Skyy.

Hi, my name is Misty and I currently manage our second office location in Virginia Beach. I was raised in a small town just south of Pittsburgh, PA where I met a Navy Sailor who brought me to this area in 2001. I’m a graduate of Tidewater Community College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a class of 2012 graduate of Old Dominion University with 2 Bachelor's Degrees; Finance and International Business. I spent time studying abroad in China and South Korea and speak both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish a little. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 beautiful children, husband and 2 German Shepard dogs, painting and everything with the arts. I’m a life-long customer of State Farm myself having inherited my first auto policy from my father in 1985. I look forward to assisting you with Auto, Home, Business, Flood, Supplemental Health and Life insurance needs.

Hi, my name is Samantha. I was born and raised in Lumberton, NC. I attended North Carolina A&T State University where I received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine. After college, I decided to make a change and purse a career with State Farm. I have recently moved to the Norfolk area due to my boyfriend being stationed here. When I’m not working I spend most of my time with my family. I’m so excited for this new adventure with Dennis Hurst State Farm.

Hello, my name is Steve Weaver and I was raised in a small town in Oklahoma. I moved to Virginia Beach in 2006 and have resided in Chesapeake since 2018. I served as the Operating Partner for Mission BBQ in Chesapeake for over 6 years, where I have been able to support and serve our local heroes. Values I live by are honesty, integrity, and loyalty; and I strive to embody these values daily.
